Q. How do I add a meditation to my favorites? 

A. Any meditation you open you will see the small white heart to the left of the player buttons. You can tap on the heart and it will turn blue. This will mark it as a favorite. A screen shot and more detailed instructions are also located on page 7 of the Tutorial.

To access your favorites, go to My Profile in the Main Menu and tap on “My Favorite Meditations” that is listed directly below the blue Subscription button.

Q. I’ve never meditated before, what is the best way to start using your App?

A. Great question! We recommend that you swipe through our brief Tutorial to get acquainted with how to use the App. Next, take advantage of our Let’s Get Started Series, which is a 7-step series of meditations and instructional talks from 2-13 minutes in length that are perfect to help you to start a meditation practice. You can listen to them 1 step at a time by listening to 1 talk or meditation each day and ease your way into meditating for up to 10 minutes. You can also listen to them all in one sitting. This series will also give you a great introduction to our unique meditation style. It is beneficial to make some time each day to meditate so that you can get in a routine. After you complete the Let’s Get Started Series you can continue to listen to other free 10-minute meditations and work your way up to the free 30-minute meditations. If you enjoy the meditations, subscribe to have access to 120 + meditations that are 10, 30 and 45+ minutes in length in our library that continues to grow on a weekly basis.

Q. I would like to keep track of how much time I am meditating, is there a way to do that with the App?

A. Yes, you can go to My Profile in the Main Menu to see your total Meditation Time. This is located above the blue Subscription button.

Q. Do I have to use Facebook to log in to the App?

A. No, if you don’t have Facebook or don’t want to use Facebook for login in you can sign up for an account without using Facebook. On the login screen simply tap “Login Without Using Facebook” and then tap “Create an Account” and fill in your name, email address and a password. Once you’ve created an account you can log in with your email address and password. Make sure to write your password down in a secure location.
